Baywatch babe Pamela Anderson and her partner professional dancer Damian Whitewood were voted off Dancing with the Stars Season 10 on the May 4 elimination show.
ESPN reporter Erin Andrews and her partner professional dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy joined Pamela Anderson and Damian Whitewood in the bottom two. Neither of these couples were in the bottom two the week prior when “The Bachelor” star Jake Pavelka and professional dancer Chelsie Hightower were sent home. The judges said they were surprised to see both Anderson and Andrews in the bottom two.
“This has been one of the best experiences of my life. That says a lot. I’ve had a lot of good experiences,” Pamela Anderson said following her elimination.
“I was looking forward to next week,” Anderson confessed. “I was going to do a Farrah Fawcett samba. I had it all figured out. Darn it! I might have to do that somewhere else.”
Anderson’s pro partner, Damian Whitewood, told PEOPLE he was happy his first season on the show was with Anderson.
“She has a natural gift to perform and that was a huge benefit for me to work with,” Whitewood says. “I’m bummed that we’re out. Once we were got here it was like we were part of a family. We all got very close, helping each other and encouraging each other. It’s been all positive.”
“The more I’ve gotten to know her, the more impressed I am,” Evan Lysacek told PEOPLE after the show. “She’s extremely classy, one of the most honest, genuine people I’ve ever known. I love being around her. My friendship is one of the best things I’ll take from this experience. It’s not going to be the same without her.”
“She’s such a kind woman. I loved her presence,” Cheryl Burke said. “She will be missed.”
Week seven’s results episode also included performances from Train and feature dancers from the Cirque du Soleil “Viva Elvis” show.
The remaining couples of Dancing with the Stars season 10 are ESPN reporter Erin Andrews and partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy, host and producer of the Style Network’s home makeover show Clean House Niecy Nash and partner Louis Van Amstel, NFL star Chad Ochocinco and partner Cheryl Burke, the lead singer of The Pussycat Dolls Nicole Scherzinger and partner Derek Hough, and finally World Figure Skating Champion Evan Lysacek and partner Anna Trebunskaya.
The season will continue next week on Monday, May 10, with week eight performances by the remaining 5 couples.
