Ashton Kutcher is threatening to sue Star magazine over defamation for their claim that he cheated on wife Demi Moore with a twenty-something-year old blonde.

Kutcher tweeted, “I think Star magazine calling me a ‘cheater’ qualifies as defamation of character.” Following that, Demi supported her hubby with her own tweet, “No question!”
In Star’s current issue, they write that Kutcher was all over a twenty-something outside the bathroom of an LA Italian restaurant, Madeo. After five years of marriage with Moore, Kutcher denies the complete story.
He tweeted, “STAR magazine – you don’t get to stand behind ‘freedom of the press’ when you are writing fiction,” which Moore re-tweeted, adding, “excellent point my love!”
No word if the suit will actually be filed. Stay tuned!
