Kanye West has a special gift for Taylor Swift when they reunite at the MTV Video Music Awards on September 12 – a song.
“I wrote a song for Taylor Swift that’s so beautiful and I want her to have it. If she won’t take it then I’ll perform it for her,” he Tweeted on Saturday morning.
West is still apologizing after he interrupted Swift during her winning acceptance speech at the VMA’s last year.
After calling Swift, “justa lil girl with dreams like the rest of us” on his Twitter account, he added, “she deserves the apology more than anyone. We’re both artist[s] and the media and managers are trying to get between us. Everyone wants to capitalize off this [in] some way.”
I’m curious to hear West’s song. I wonder if it’s meant as a response to Swift’s track “You’re Not Sorry,” on her Fearless album in 2008? More importantly, if he actually does perform it, who knows if Swift will let him finish?
