Bieber Fever Hits ‘CSI’

Justin Bieber will guest star as a troubled teen on the season premiere of CSI, this Thursday September 23rd.

Bieber fever is about to hit CSI this Thursday September 23rd, when Bieber plays Jason, a troubled teen that finds himself in a messy situation involving his brother.

CSI producers are hoping to attract a younger audience that will continue watching the rest of the CSI season. Bieber will make another appearance on the show in February 2011, more reason to keep the younger crowd hooked.

After filming the episode, Bieber excitedly tweeted “Amazing day… excited for you guys to get to watch it… Thanks to everyone at CSI for having me.”

Bieber discussed his role on CSI with Teen Vogue, “It seems like I’m this sweet and innocent kid, and then it turns out I’m the mastermind behind everything.”

The teenybopper took acting lessons earlier this year to prepare him for his acting gig.

“The [acting] coach told me it was all about the emotion. She said, ‘You have to feel the character. You have to be Jason’. But I think I would have done it the same whether I channeled my feelings or not,” Bieber said.

Bieber’s reps confirmed that he will also star in a film by Will Smith’s production company, which will be a fiction with similarities to his life.

Singing, dancing, and now, acting…Bieber fever is exploding!

Rolla's University of Toronto degree in communications, political science, and theater is evidence of her diverse interests. When she is not writing, Rolla enjoys her obsession with fairies, coffee shops, and working out, (while watching television, of course!).
