After Lindsay Lohan has allegedly failed two of her court mandated drug tests, Lohan’s probation has been revoked and a bench warrant has been issued.
Beverly Hills Superior Court Judge Elden Fox issued a bench warrant for Lindsay Lohan Monday, which requires she appear in court this Friday at 8:30 a.m. regarding her probation violation. This is the fourth bench warrant issued in Lindsay Lohan’s DUI probation case.
It has been reported that Lohan tested positive on two separate tests, one for cocaine and another for amphetamines. Lohan has admitted to failing at least one test, writing on her Twitter page: “This was certainly a setback for me but I am taking responsibility for my actions.”
Judge Fox had previously warned Lohan that she could face 30 days in jail for each failed drug test. That being said, Lohan could be heading back to jail Friday.
