Gleeks were happy to see their show premiere with the episode,”Audition.” Will Schuester warns that Glee club needs more members in order to win Nationals at New York City this year.

The gang goes on a hunt for new members while trying to make Glee club look good. Their rendition of Jay-Z’s “Empire State of Mind” was what fans have been waiting for all summer.

When Will and Sue learn that their budgets are being cut to benefit the football team, they team up against new coach, Coach Beiste (played by Dot Jones). Their hilarious partnership soon ends when Will’s guilt kicks in. But don’t worry, Sue’s insults are still as funny as ever!

Rachel’s duet with new foreign exchange student, Sunshine Corazon (played by international singer Charice) was a joy to watch. The two sang Lady Gaga’s Telephone in the bathroom, where Rachel was originally trying to recruit new Glee members. When Sunshine blew everyone away with her performance of “Listen” from Dreamgirls, Rachel saw that Sunshine could be her arch-nemesis. Her lies and meddling led to Vocal Adrenaline snatching Sunshine up.

Newcomer Sam (played by Chord Overstreet) performed “Billionaire” and had the audience hoping the cutie would join New Directions!

Gleeks are happy to see Rachel and Finn’s flourishing relationship, and even more impressed to watch Finn tryout for the Cheerios. Yes, you read that right.

It’s definitely great to have Glee back! What did everyone think of the premiere?

Catch next week’s Britney Spears episode!

A committed soap opera freak--err, fan, Rolla Bahsous was thrilled to begin her professional writing career writing about everything soaps. But her love for television did not stop at daytime! Rolla is excited to be using her guilty pleasure, following celebrity gossip, at Rolla's had a few encounters with her favorite celebs, including a fingertip brush and a "Take care, sweetheart" from Michael Buble, as well as a flying kiss from Nick Carter - in both incidents Rolla forgot how to breathe. Rolla's University of Toronto degree in communications, political science, and theater is evidence of her diverse interests. When she is not writing, Rolla enjoys her obsession with fairies, coffee shops, and working out, (while watching television, of course!).
