Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey’s Run-In

Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey decided to have dinner at the same place on Thursday night. But they didn’t decide this together.

Simpson and boyfriend Eric Johnson had their dinner date at Hollywood hotspot, The Red O, where Lachey and girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo also dined.

Who could forget The Newlyweds that became the divorcees five years ago. Apparently their dinner run-in was drama-free.

A source said, “They didn’t interact. They didn’t even come to face-to-face with each other. Jessica was more fazed by the amount of paparazzi than anything else.”

Another source told People that even though Simpson and Lachey lost touch, they still have an amicable relationship.

According to a source, Lachey and Minnillo are still going strong. “They’re very happy. He wishes [Jessica] the best.”

Last week, Simpson gushed that she’s in love with Johnson. So in love that “if right now could last forever, I’d take it!” Jessica told People.

So celebrities even experience the awkward moment of bumping into an ex. Except for them the awkwardness is magnified with a billion camera flashes.
