Ellen Ross, the girlfriend of famed father Jon Gosselin, filed a complaint with Taco Bell demanding that the restaurant fire an employee after humiliating and attempting to photograph the couple.
Jon Gosselin, 33, and his girlfriend Ellen Ross, 24, were modestly going about their day and purchasing dinner at a Taco Bell drive-thru in Lemoyne, Pa. An incident, however, disrupted their quest for a Mexi meal, which angered the former TLC star’s girlfriend.
“When we pulled up to the window there were three girls inside and a man,” Ross stated in her complaint. “The three girls noticed who Jon was as his phone rang and he answered (it was his attorney, coincidentally), they proceeded to laugh loudly and talk about him as if he weren’t there they said ‘OMG how funny, that’s him OMG, say something to him say something.’ Jon put his car window up to avoid them…
Every employee inside was gathered at the window staring and talking loudly about us. When we put the window back down to get our food, one employee (she had a wrap around her head) pulled out her cell phone and held it up to us to try and take a picture, while laughing at us. No one did or said anything to stop this. It was humiliating.”
Ross continued in the complaint that was obtained by RadarOnline.com, “I surely hope this employee whom I see frequently (the one with the wrap) can be terminated immediately.”
“I am extremely disgusted by this conduct,” she concluded. “I have been a paying customer for years at this specific location and to your company in general. I do not deserve to be treated like this. Jon is a regular guy now, living in the area, and does not try to stick out anymore. I expect this matter to be taken care of immediately. I plan to spread the word to my friends, family, and neighbors to not eat at this store, or any others for that matter.”
Taco Bell spokesman Rob Poetsch told ABC News in an e-mail statement, “This appears to have been a misunderstanding that has been amplified in online reports. Our franchisee takes great pride in providing outstanding customer service, and immediately contacted the customer to resolve to her satisfaction.”
Privacy and normalcy seem to be a priority for Jon (and his better half) these days. The Jon and Kate Plus 8 father has been regretful and seeks a low profile. ”I am acutely aware of the mistakes I made in 2009 and I am ashamed of the choices I made,” Jon tweeted last month, according to UsMagazine.com, “I have apologized to Kate, my family, and to my friends. Through counseling I have learned to own my actions. My goal is to move forward in a positive direction.”
