The Hills’ Audrina Patridge enjoys the cameras, much like her mother Lynn, which is why she’s moving forward in her reality television career and filming her own show for VH1. This time, she’s not in riding in the backseat of someone else’s fame.
“It’s not going to be a set-up,” Audrina tells OK! Magazine. “It’ll be my life, I’m going to open up and it will be about the ups and downs I have with my family and how no one is perfect.”
The former Dancing with the Stars competitor explains that she wants “to show how hard it is in Hollywood with all the gossip, people picking you to pieces and judging everything you do. It’s not all glamour.”
Boyfriend Corey Bohan will also have a prevalent role in Audrina’s show. She mentions though that unfortunately, because of how busy her life is, the couple only sees each other a couple nights a week as opposed to being together all the time. Her show though is “real life, and there’s always drama.” Audrina says, “I am going to show everything we couldn’t show on The Hills.” You mean, you’ll have scenes that are more than just lunch dates and staged offices?
As far as her former co-stars from The Hills, Audrina doesn’t speak to Heidi and Spencer, and she indirectly dodges any opinions on Lauren Conrad by saying, “I never thought Lauren would go back to reality TV, but good for her on her new show.”
Audrina’s life must have more real life drama than we could imagine. Fans won’t be watching her deal with any dangerous stalkers though. Zachary James Loring, 25, was just sentenced to two years in prison. He was charged with felony stalking and a misdemeanor for disobeying court orders. A Los Angeles county superior court judge ordered him to stay at least 500 ft. from Audrina for the next 10 tens.
