Patrick House, who lost a total of 181 pounds which was 45 percent of his body weight, won NBC’s Biggest Loser season 10.
Patrick House, 28-year-old and 6’2″, is an out-of-work salesman who is married with two children and lives in Vicksburg, Mississippi. He started the show weighing 400 pounds and finished weighing a remarkable 219.
When asked what he will do with the $250,000 he won from winning the show, House said, “I lost my job in January, so a lot of the money is going to pay back my family and friends that I borrowed from just to live this year. I’m going to get my family back on our feet and start my new life.”
House has a new job at South Carolina’s Mind Stream Academy, a school for overweight teens.
“What better way to pay it forward than fighting childhood obesity?” House said about his new job.
Mark Pinkhasovich, a 31-year-old a bartender and recruiter from New Jersey, won the $100,000 stay-at-home prize, losing 213 pounds, a little more than half his starting body weight.
