At the live reunion show on Sunday for Survivor: Nicaragua, Rob announced the birth of Carina Rose Mariano, born on Friday, Dec. 10th. Carina Rose is Rob and Amber’s second baby girl. She joins Lucia Rose, 17 months.

Rob, 34, is content being the only man in the family. “I’m definitely outnumbered now! But at the end of the day, it’s exciting and fun. I always thought I would have boys, but as a father, when your kids are born and they’re healthy and happy, that’s the most important thing,” Rob says.

Amber’s delivery was two weeks late, but Rob shared, “Amber is home, healthy and with the two kids and I am eager to get back.”

Rob also said that older daughter Lucia is slowly warming up to her baby sister. “The first couple days, she didn’t want to have anything to do with her. The first day, she screamed every time she saw her. But in just a short amount of time, she’s really warmed up to her a lot and she’s playing with her, comes up to her and kisses her. It’s great,” Rob laughed.

Congratulations to the happy couple!

A committed soap opera freak--err, fan, Rolla Bahsous was thrilled to begin her professional writing career writing about everything soaps. But her love for television did not stop at daytime! Rolla is excited to be using her guilty pleasure, following celebrity gossip, at FabulousBuzz.com. Rolla's had a few encounters with her favorite celebs, including a fingertip brush and a "Take care, sweetheart" from Michael Buble, as well as a flying kiss from Nick Carter - in both incidents Rolla forgot how to breathe. Rolla's University of Toronto degree in communications, political science, and theater is evidence of her diverse interests. When she is not writing, Rolla enjoys her obsession with fairies, coffee shops, and working out, (while watching television, of course!).
