Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s Surprise Visit

Just days after celebrating the holidays in Namibia, Africa, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt made a surprise visit at a children’s hospital in Springfield, Mo., where Pitt grew up.

St. John’s Jane Pitt Pediatric Cancer Center got a nice surprise visit from Brangelina  on Wednesday.

“They called a little bit ahead, about an hour ahead, and requested to tour the pediatric center. They stayed about 45 minutes. It was a very nice visit,” hospital spokesperson Cora Scott told People on Thursday.

Last year, Pitt and Jolie, and their families donated $1 million to St. John’s Foundation for Community Health and dedicated the children’s cancer center to Pitt’s mother, Jane Pitt.

“Jane Pitt is a gem in our community. She’s a very wonderful woman who cares so very much about the well being of children,” Scott adds.

Brangelina were accompanied by Pitt’s parents and brother Doug on their visit.

Though Pitt and Jolie didn’t share their New Year Eve’s plans during the hospital visit, it looks like the couple and their six kids are spending the night with their extended family.
