Holmes told ELLE Magazine that Suri gives her parents fashion tips.

“She’ll really tell me [what she thinks]. Like today I’m wearing brown suede pants, and she said, ‘I don’t like your pants.’ But then she’ll say, ‘You’ve got to wear these shoes.’ Or ‘That’s so pretty, Mom. Wear that.’ She’s got a great eye,” Holmes says in her ELLE interview.

Holmes, who co-designs her own clothing line called Holmes & Yang, is often spotted shopping with her daughter.

“The other day we came out of a store, and she said, ‘I want to go there,’ pointing at another store quite a distance away. In that store was the dress that she wanted. I said, ‘Wow, Suri. You’re something. You picked that out from a football field away,’” Holmes continued.

The 4-going-on-14 -year-old Suri has also been spotted in Burberry and silver pumps.

Catch Holmes’ interview and cover in ELLE’s February issue.

I don’t know if I find this cute or a bit disturbing. When I was four, I was just happy to play in the sandbox.

  1. It’s neat that Katie takes fashion tips from Suri. I feel like it should be the other way around. Thanks for sharing.
