Rock singer Gwen Stefani is latest celebrity spokesperson for the L’Oreal’s Paris cosmetic line.
“I can’t believe I get to be one of the L’Oreal Paris girls,” Stefani said. “I love playing dress up, on stage or shooting videos, it’s always been one of my favourite parts of being in a band. And to get to work with such a modern, talented group of people is really exciting.”
Stefani will be following in the footsteps of other L’Oreal ladies such as Jennifer Lopez and Beyonce Knowles. She will represent the brand’s campaign for Superior Preference haircolor and a new line of long-wearing lipstick called Infallible Le Rouge.
The singer’s first television ad premiered on NBC during the Golden Globe awards on January 16.
Stefanie has previously launched frangrances and fashion lines L.A.M.B. and Harajuku Lovers. She also is returning to her music career. Her band No Doubt has officially begun recording a new album.
