Lindsay Lohan Charged For Jewelry Theft

Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan is facing charges of felony grand theft after allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, California jewelry store.

Lohan claims, 24, claims that her stylist failed to return the “one-of-a-kind” necklace on time to Kamofie & Company, the jewelry store that lent her the necklace on January 22. The necklace has been returned, but Lohan is still being charged.

If convicted, the actress could face up to three years in prison, according to TMZ.

Lohan is still on probation for DUI charges from 2007 and recently completed 90 days in rehab.
