The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Camille Grammer will be covering red-carpet Oscar fashion and celebrity interviews as a CNN commentator.
Grammer will be on-location for the live Oscars special, Showbiz Tonight: Road to Gold, which airs on CNN and Headline News.
“I’m pumped, I’m psyched. Everything about the Oscars is amazing,” Grammer said as she prepares for her role as a 2011 Academy Awards commentator.
Insisting that she’s not nervous, the former Playboy model regards this opportunity as her “thrill of a lifetime.”
Showbiz Tonight hosts A.J. Hammer and Brooke Anderson will join 42-year-old Grammer’s side as they mingle with A-list celebrities. Actress Sheryl Lee Ralph and radio host Carlos Diaz will also be part of the Showbiz Tonight team.
“We can’t wait to get Camille’s unabashed take on Hollywood’s biggest night,” exclaimed Dave Levine, senior executive producer of CNN entertainment and Showbiz Tonight. “She will be perfect for Showbiz Tonight, TV’s most provocative entertainment news show.”
The 2011 83rd Academy Awards premieres Feb. 27 on ABC.
