Britney Spears earned a reported half a million dollars from product placements in her new music video, Hold It Against Me.
It is reported that plentyoffish.com paid $200,000 for their product placement in the video. Plentyoffish.com says they saw a 20% increase in traffic on their site the day after the video premiered. In addition to plentyoffish.com, other product placements included Sony (Spears is seen on a Sony television), Make Up For Ever cosmetics (Spears is shown putting on makeup) and she even holds her own fragrance, Radiance, in the video.
