Schubert, 47, went to jail Saturday on a charge of possession of cocaine – the same charges Hilton and Mars were slapped with following their arrests last summer.

Schubert, a chief deputy district attorney, was arrested after a police officer witnessed him buying crack cocaine from a street dealer.

Schubert is known to be assigned to Las Vegas’s high-profile and celebrity cases, and is a member of a federal drug task force.
