Lindsay Lohan, who was sentenced to 4 months in jail by a judge last month, may not have to serve that time in jail.
Judge Stephanie Sautner sentenced 24-year-old Lohan to 120 days in jail and 480 community service hours for violation of probation after allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, California jewelry store.
Sources are saying Lohan won’t actually have to spend any of that time behind bars.
The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department reportedly told TMZ that non-violent, misdemeanor offenders are routinely allowed to serve their jail sentence at home while wearing an electronic monitoring device.
Do you think this is fair?
