Justin Bieber was photographed at the 2011 VH1 Do Something Awards on August 14 at Hollywood Palladium in Hollywood, California.

Bieber, 17, received an award for his work with Pencils of Promise, an organization that builds schools around the world.

VH1′s Do Something Awards honor the “best young world-changers,” both celebrity and non-celebrity.
