Ne-Yo Expecting Second Child

R&B singer Ne-Yo and his girlfriend Monyetta Shaw are expecting their second child together this fall.

Ne-Yo, 31, whose real name is Shaffer Chimere Smith, Jr., and Shaw welcomed their first baby, Madilyn Grace Smith, last November.

“[Fatherhood] has been a ride, but I’m loving every minute of it,” says Ne-Yo of his 10-month-old daughter.

“She’s healthy and happy. Feels like I’m in luv for the first time,” he tweeted when his daughter arrived last year.

There have been reports that the couple is also engaged, but Ne-Yo’s rep has denied the rumors.
