Ne-Yo Welcomes a Baby Girl

R&B singer Ne-Yo and his girlfriend Monyetta Shaw welcomed their second child together on Monday, October 10, 2011.

Shaw gave birth to a baby girl Monday. The baby’s name and other details haven’t yet been released.

Ne-Yo, 31, whose real name is Shaffer Chimere Smith, Jr., and Shaw welcomed their first baby, Madilyn Grace Smith, last November.

“[Fatherhood] has been a ride, but I’m loving every minute of it,” said Ne-Yo of his first daughter.

There have been reports that the couple is also engaged, but Ne-Yo’s rep has denied the rumors.
