Holly Madison at the Earl of Sandwich Grand Opening in Vegas (Photos)

Former Playboy Playmate Holly Madison made an appearance at the opening of Earl of Sandwich, a sandwich shop located in the Eatery at Palms Casino Resort, on July 2, 2012.

Holly was joined by Joey Fatone, Murray SawChuck, George Maloof, Josh Strickland and cast members of FANTASY and Thunder From Down Under.
