Chad Johnson (Ochocinco) Arrested on Domestic Violence Charge

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Chad Johnson (formerly known as Ochocinco) was arrested on domestic violence charges Saturday, August 11, 2012.

Police said Johnson, 34, head-butted his newlywed wife, “Basketball Wives” star Evelyn Lozada, in the forehead during an argument Saturday night. Lozada was treated at the scene for a “pretty good-sized” laceration and she later was taken to the hospital.

Johnson and Lozada got married last month in Miami.

The couple is now filming a reality show for VH1, Ev and Ocho.
