Former Hills star Heidi Montag hosted the 3rd Anniversary of Crazy Horse III Gentlemen’s Club in Las Vegas on October 19, 2012.

Montag, 26, wore skin-tight, black leather shorts and a see-through black top. Montag and husband Spencer Pratt celebrated at a VIP table where they enjoyed champagne and Patron shots.
