50 Cent reassured fans via Twitter that his new mixtape, “The Lost Tape”, will still be released next Tuesday, May 22, as scheduled. “I’m in the hospital but my gangsta grillz LOST TAPE is done so it will be out on time” 50 Cent Tweeted Wednesday.

50 Tweeted yesterday, “I don’t want to go into surgery.” But it is unclear as to if he actually had or will have surgery.

The 36-year-old rapper looked like he was making light of the situation by Tweeting a pic of himself in the hospital with three stuffed animals.

Thankfully, 50 cent seems to be feeling better based on a Tweet he wrote this morning: “I’m feeling better today I think I’m gonna get out of the hospital soon. EMINEM called me last night I love him that’s my boy.”

ABC plans to bring back some of the most popular celebrities from past seasons to compete in season 15 this fall.

“We can’t talk about the casting yet, but I’d love to see some of the fan favorites from the past seasons come back,” ABC’s entertainment president Paul Lee told reporters Tuesday. “We’ve had many favorites over the 14 seasons that we’ve got. So, fingers crossed. We’re out casting now, and I hope we come in with a really interesting cast of people who our audience is passionate about.”

DWTS has dipped in ratings this season, which may explain the all-star approach.

Dancing With the Stars airs on Monday and Tuesday nights on ABC.

“I don’t know,” Lopez, 42, told Ellen when asked if she would return for a third season.

Lopez joined Randy Jackson and Steven Tyler at the American Idol judges table in 2010 when Simon Cowell, Kara DioGuardi and Ellen DeGeneres left the show.

“I enjoy it. I really do enjoy it,” she said Tuesday, “I miss doing other things. It really does lock you down.”

Lopez has a new boyfriend, Casper Smart, and 4-year-old twins, Max David and Emme Maribel.

“Now they’re getting more mobile. They’re about to go to school,” she says. “I just don’t know. I don’t know.”

The 2011 MTV Video Music Awards scored MTV’s biggest audience in the network’s history with a record-breaking 12.4 million viewers and was also the most tweeted-about awards show ever. That being said, MTV felt the 2012 show should be hosted at the epicenter of the L.A. sports and entertainment universe – the Staples Center.

The 2012 MTV Video Music Awards will take place Thursday, September 6, at 8 p.m. ET/PT.

In the meantime, the 2012 MTV Movie Awards, airing live Sunday, June 3, from Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California, will be hosted by two-time VMA host, Russell Brand.

FOX President Kevin Reilly says Parker will have “a multi-episode arc,” while Hudson will guest star in 6-episodes.

The story-line for Hudson and Parker has not been revealed, but Reilly did say Glee is “poised for a real creative renaissance. Several characters are graduating, we’re going to have a show within a show, following some characters to New York to a school for the arts.”

Lea Michele (Rachel), Chris Colfer (Kurt) and Cory Monteith (Finn) are all scheduled to “graduate” at the end of the third season of the show.

The final episode of Glee Season 3 will air on Tuesday, May 22, 2012.

It is expected that 19-year-old Demi Lovato and 30-year-old Britney Spears will be revealed as the new “X Factor” judges at the Fox network upfront presentation on Monday. Lovato and Spears will join Simon Cowell and music executive L.A. Reid at the judges table, replacing Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger. Abdul and Scherzinger were fired from the show after the first season did not live up Cowell’s expectations.

Lovato is scheduled to tour this summer, but sources say there shouldn’t be any schedule conflicts.

The second season of the “X Factor” will air this fall.

The 8th season of Two and a Half Men was cut short after Charlie Sheen was fired from the show. The show came back for a 9th season with Ashton Kutcher replacing Charlie Sheen. Even though Kutcher’s co-stars said he was “not as funny” as Sheen, Two and a Half Men still attracted millions of viewers.

Two and a Half Men’s 9th season ranked second in prime-time comedies for viewers and adults 25-54 and third among adults 18-49. Ratings were also up from season eight by 13 percent.

Other CBS sitcom renewals include How I Met Your Mother, 2 Broke Girls, Mike & Molly and The Big Bang Theory.

Faris, 35, and Pratt, 32, got married in 2009 and talked about having a large family someday.

“I would love to have eight [kids]!” Faris told E! in September at a screening of What’s Your Number, adding, “I don’t think I could handle it, though!”

Faris also told People that “Chris wants a big family.”

Faris, who is due this fall, is currently working on a film in London with Rose Byrne and Simon Baker, while Pratt is filming Zero Dark Thirty for director Kathryn Bigelow right now.

The sexy actress, best known for her role on the hit FOX sitcom, Modern Family, began dating Loeb in 2010.

Vergara, 39, attended the Met Gala in New York City last night without a date. She reportedly told other attendees that she and Loeb had ended their relationship.

“They’ve been fighting for a long time,” a source tells Us Weekly. “It just ended officially before the weekend.”

A rep for Vergara has not commented or confirmed the split.
