Vanessa Hudgens has nothing to hide as she graces the cover of Shape magazine. Starring in the action-fantasy movie Sucker Punch, alongside Abbie Cornish, Hudgens trained hard, and the results are impressive.
“I wouldn’t have been able to do it if it weren’t for the other girls. It’s because of them that I got so strong,” Hudgens told Shape magazine. “In the beginning, I could dead lift 135 pounds. By the end, I lifted 180. I was a monster!”
Hudgens’ work out routine is a combination of pilates, yoga, weight lifting and spinning. She also works out with her mom and sister. Staying fit with friends and family is motivational for the actress.
“Having someone to go to classes with makes you want to do your best, not just for yourself but for the other person too,” she says.
