McCready, 37, had two children – 6-year-old son Zander with ex Billy McKnight and a 10-month-old son, Zayne.
McCready had been in the news recently for personal issues. Her partner and father of her son Zayne, singer and song writer David Wilson, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound in January. Madison, 33, announced in August that she is pregnant with her first baby with her current boyfriend Pasquale Rotella.

The reality star reportedly began the divorce process by filing earlier this week in New York.
