Cory Monteith, who plays Finn Hudson on the hit Fox show Glee, checked into rehab to be treated for substance addiction.
Monteith, 30, “has voluntarily admitted himself to a treatment facility for substance addiction,” his rep told People magazine. “He graciously asks for your respect and privacy as he takes the necessary steps towards recovery.”
