President Obama Not Invited to Prince William’s Wedding
According to the British newspaper, the Daily Mail, President Obama and his wife Michelle will not be invited to Prince William’s wedding to Kate Middleton next year.
Royal sources to the newspaper that since William isn’t heir to the throne yet, his wedding is not classified as a “state occasion.”
Even though Obama was snubbed, some heads of state, like France’s President Nicolas Sarkozy and his wife Carla Bruni, will likely attend the wedding on April 29tth.
