Seven-time Grammy winning country-pop trio Lady Antebellum have premiered their new music video for “Goodbye Town.”

The track comes from their newly released album Golden, out now on Capitol Records. The album reached #1 on the Billboard all-genre Top 200 chart, making Golden the group’s third straight #1 release.

Country music group Lady Antebellum’s Hillary Scott got engaged to drummer Chris Tyrell over 4th of July weekend.

The couple met over a year ago on the Tim McGraw tour. Tyrell, 24, proposed to Scott, 25, over the holiday weekend at sunset at a lake in East Tennessee.

After a two-month break, Fox’s Glee aired right after the Super Bowl. Glee returned with a vengeance, and it’s thrilling!

Riding on the Super Bowl hype, Glee was shown immediately following the Super Bowl tonight. Even the title of tonight’s episode, “Thriller: The Sue Sylvester Bowl Shuffle” focused on the big football game for McKinley.
The show begins with Sue’s disgust at the Cheerio’s performance of Katy Perry’s “California Gurls.” Her boredom with the performance leads to her plans in choreographing a dangerous spectacle. When the principal finds out about her plans to shoot a Cheerio out of a cannon, he orders her to stop and Sue goes ballistic. She gets the cheer-leading board to change the cheer-leading regionals night to the same time as the football game. Sue forces some of the Cheerios to choose between Glee club or cheer-leading. +Continue Reading

The first ever American Country Awards was a two-hour primetime special on Fox with winners based on America’s votes.
Country superstar Trace Adkins hosted the first American Country Awards, and live performances included Toby Keith, Rascal Flatts, Reba, Blake Shelton, Josh Turner and Alan Jackson.
Carrie Underwood was the big winner of the night, taking home six awards – one of which was the artist of the year award. Lady Antebellum took home four Fender Stratocasters given out as trophies. +Continue Reading
Nominations have been announced for the 2010 Grammy Awards, which will take place February 13, 2011. Eminem earned 10 nominations, making him the leader, with Bruno Mars coming in second with 7 nominations. Following Eminem and Bruno are Jay-Z, Lady Antebellum and Lady Gaga, who earned six nominations each. B.o.B and John Legend are notable with five nominations.
