Lindsay Lohan, who is facing felony grand theft charges after allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace, will not accept the plea deal that includes guaranteed jail time.

Lohan is required to return to court Thursday, March 10 with her decision to accept the plea deal or go before another judge for a preliminary hearing and later trial. A source close to Lohan says she won’t be accepting the plea deal tomorrow.

Judge Keith Schwartz told Lohan today that if she pleads guilty to jewelry theft and accepts the plea deal, she will have to serve jail time.

Lohan claims, 24, claims that her stylist failed to return the “one-of-a-kind” necklace on time to Kamofie & Company, the jewelry store that lent her the necklace on January 22. The necklace has been returned, but Lohan is still being charged.
